Soooo what a week it’s been! Said goodbye to Matera, and i have a confession.. I also said goodbye to my date.. oeps, did I not mention this yet? hahah. Well, now you know, and you can hear all about that in my latest podcast, btw. I spent a couple of busy days in Bari before travelling to Ostuni.
I went out in Bari and let me tell you, going out in Italy as a woman (especially a blonde woman) is not for the weak. The Italian men and their flirting methods are intense… to say the least, IYKYK. Don’t worry, though, I behaved, of course 😌
Also did a fun little cooking class where I learned to make pasta and tiramisu. Quite easy but so so delicious! See the picture at the end!
I’ll be in Ostuni for the next couple of weeks on another work exchange. I started yesterday, and so far so good! Very friendly colleagues, beautiful place, the other volunteers are fun and I have a lovely little room ✨
