Hi Out Of Office Crew! 🩷
Wow what a week its been! First of all, I’m happy to share that I finally got rid of my jetlag haha. I barely slept the first 5 days in Bangkok, but I am sooo happy to be here! Last week I sent you the newsletter while I was on my way here, and since then my days have been long, busy, hot, sleep-deprived and really nice all at the same time!
I do need to get back into a rhythm, though. The first 3 night i slept at a really nice hotel. The NH Sukhumvit Boulevard (more on that soon). Now I’m in a hostel because my original accommodation cancelled on me (lol), and in 2 days I’ll go to my own room again in an Airbnb for the next 2 weeks! I’ve also found a nice gym near my accommodation, so I’m slowly getting back into a good, healthy routine.
I haven't seen much of Bangkok yet, but I did have some nice food and met a couple of people at a meetup. Somehow over the next few days I’m going to play a lot of padel 🎾, haha, and definitely see more of Bangkok! I’m no longer super tired all the time, and I’ve caught up on work a bit, so time to explore!
Now let’s have a look at some deals and jobs!
Skip to the good part:

💕 This week I’m..
Watching His & Hers. So far a very good series! But i’m not done yet so no spoilers!

Playing padel again! It’s been a while since i did, but its so much fun! You should try it too!

🌱 Tools, apps & other
I’m now booking all my taxis, deliveries and rides on Grab! The best way to get around Bangkok as the traffic here is crazyyy. When you book they pick you up super fast, same for ordering food. Very convenient, very lazy haha
To book padel courts and join matches, you should try out ThePadelSociety! Great way to play padel more often and meet new people! You can simply create an account, do the quiz to find out your ranking and you can then immediately book a court of join a match! Super simple, really fun! Tonight i’m playing a match against 2 people i don’t know (:
👩🏼💻 Remote jobs & more
Also, this week I found some interesting job opportunities!
This is something i’ve missed sooo much! Mango Sticky Rice! It’s just mango with coconut sauce and rice, but it’s one of the best desserts everrrr.

And i’m proud to say i’m getting back into my gym routine and it feels so good!!

And that is it for today! Not so many travel deals i know.. Unfortunately, I couldn’t mind that many in mid January. Hopefully more next week! Have an amazing week! Any more trips book? NO!? Go book (;
Thank you for reading!
Talk soon 🩷✨
